Job Description

This is a full-time position for a Social Media Manager responsible for planning, creating, and managing engaging content across social media platforms to increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation.

• 2+ years of experience as a Social Media Manager or Social Media Executive.
• Manage and grow social media accounts on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and other platforms.
• Create engaging content, captions, reels, stories, and campaign ideas aligned with the brand.
• Plan, schedule, and publish content using social media management tools.
• Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to increase reach and engagement.
• Monitor trends, competitor activities, and audience behavior to improve content performance.
• Run and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
• Track campaign performance, analyze insights, and prepare monthly reports.
• Coordinate with the design and marketing teams to create high-quality visual content.
• Excellent communication, creativity, and copywriting skills.
